Q: How is Blue Vital Tanzanian Seamoss stored and how long does it last?

A: Blue Vital Tanzanian seamoss GEL must be kept cold, EVEN before opening as there are NO PRESERVATIVES.
Each jar has a shelf life of 3 to 4 weeks refrigerated and 4 months if frozen. If you intend to freeze, take two scoops off of the top to give the gel room to expand.

Q: How do I use it? How much should I take?
A: We recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach for maximum effect.

Even though our gel is smooth in texture and tasty in flavor, it can also be mixed in smoothies or your preferred morning beverage.
Flavored gels are ingested, while our plain sea moss gel is recommended for topical usage: masks, soaps, toothpaste etc.
